Today I made the trip from Staten Island to Montauk Long Island for Tony and YanJie's engagement session. Tony proposed to YanJie on the private beach at Gurney's Resort in Montauk. We took some photos at the beach when I arrived, and since it was February, we were lucky to have the beach all to ourselves! It was a little chilly, and a little windy, but not too bad for a winter day at the beach! We then made our way over to Montauk Point State Park where we took tons of photos and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. Tony and YanJie were tons of fun to photograph, and so willing to do anything I asked of them (like playing my silly photo games over and over to get authentic smiles and laughs!). It was so wonderful to get to know them and to celebrate their happiness!
